**Overview:** Join our team as an Insurance Advisor and help clients navigate the complexities of insurance products. We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct telemarketing activities to reach out to potential clients - Administer sales processes and handle related documentation - Negotiate insurance terms and premiums with clients - Communicate effectively with clients, explaining insurance options clearly - Utilize multilingual skills, especially in Spanish, to assist a diverse client base - Analyze client needs to recommend suitable insurance products - Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base - Manage benefits administration for clients **Requirements:** - Proven experience in insurance sales or related field - Strong analytical skills to assess client requirements accurately - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals - Multilingual capabilities are advantageous - Familiarity with benefits administration processes - Prior experience in sales administration is preferred Join us as an Insurance Advisor and embark on a rewarding career helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
