Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Make the first student/parent contact a positive and personal experience
  • Document all contact, conversation notes, and other important information in the Student Information System concerning student/parent
  • Respond to all inquiries from students and parents regarding enrollment policies and procedures as quickly as possible
  • Advise student and parents on enrollment eligibility requirements and resolve concerns that may arise
  • Set clear expectations and deadlines on every call with parents and applicants
  • Follow up with parents and students who have missed enrollment deadlines
  • Verify that all enrollment paperwork, including the application, is complete and valid
  • Determine student commitment, motivation and potential challenges they might encounter while attending Primavera or any of our other partner school you are servicing
  • Complete the enrollment process for all potential students including walk-ins
  • Consistently review and follow up with all students and parents in your database
  • Help other enrollment advisors if students/parent call and their advisor is not available. Send an email documenting transaction to the prospective students advisor and document in the system
  • Other duties as requested

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred, ideally in an educational environment

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • General office environment.
  • Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 80% of the time. 
  • The working environment is generally favorable, lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
