Strong Veterinary Hospital in Livonia, MI is growing!

We are looking for an Experienced Full-Time or Part-Time Urgent Care Associate Veterinarian to join our wonderful team. 

About our Clinic: Strong Veterinary Hospital is a full-service, growing 3 doctor small animal hospital located in Livonia, Michigan. We have been serving our community for over 40 years! Our central location, booming community and outstanding reputation have led to the growth of our client list and our need to add Urgent Care as part of our service offering. It is our commitment to provide quality, veterinary care throughout our patients' lives. Our services and facilities are designed to assist in routine preventive care for young, healthy pets; early detection and treatment of disease as pets age; and complete medical, surgical, and urgent care as necessary during their lifetime.

Our clinic offers a variety of services including acupuncture, laser therapy, ultrasound, and advanced dental procedures. Our facility has Heska in house lab, digital x-rays, cutting edge laser and therapeutic cold laser and new ultrasound equipment!

Our new Urgent Care hours are beginning soon! We are open to flexible scheduling options including all Urgent Care hours or a combination of Urgent Care and General Practice hours. We will consider a weekend only schedule or a combination of weekend and weekday hours as well.

Livonia, MI Located in the western suburbs of Metro Detroit. Livonia is centered halfway between Downtown Detroit and Ann Arbor with great hotels, fantastic shopping and dining options. Also, near by you can explore The Henry Ford, which includes Greenfield Village and the Ford Rouge Factory Tour. Livonia also boasts extraordinary parks and recreation! Requirements:

• Licensed Michigan Veterinarian (active and clear)
• 1 years’ experience as a Small Animal DVM with an interest in Urgent Care is required
• Experience as an Urgent Care DVM is a plus but not required
