We are seeking passionate and dedicated bilingual teachers (Spanish & English) to join our team. As a teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students, while holding high expectations for ALL students to achieve and show growth. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to help students reach their full potential. You will also actively participate in professional development prior to school starting and then throughout the school year. We are a high achieving school and we have very high standards for our students and our staff.

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Use effective behavior management techniques to promote a productive learning atmosphere
- Effectively implement adopted core curriculum in reading and math
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to engage students in the learning process
- Adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of individual students or special education requirements
- Foster a love of learning through creative and interactive activities
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required)
- Teaching certification or license (required)
- Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and literacy education
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with diverse student populations
- Physical education experience is a plus
