If you are looking to join a great team, have a background in the multifamily industry, are outgoing and have outstanding customer service skills, a detail oriented, extremely organized, able to work independently, and a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced high-volume environment - Apply Today!What you will be doing:· Schedules and executes property tours.· Greets prospects as the enter the leasing office· Consults with prospective tenants to identify desired property requirements and budgets.· Responds promptly to property inquires or concerns.· Presents accurate information and highlights key selling points about available properties. · Maintains consistent and professional communication with current and potential tenants. · Facilitates lease signing and ensures all required documents are completed.· Assists tenants in the leasing application process by conducting background and credit checks.· Prepares leasing documentation and explains leasing terms to prospective tenants. · Promotes available properties through open houses and by using marketing strategies such as posters, advertisements, and social media campaigns.· Ensures that properties are well-maintained and visually appealing for tours. · Maintains accurate and organized records of property tours, inquiries, and leasing agreements.· Monitors market trends, property prices, and rental demand in the community. · Performs other related duties as assigned.· Provides excellent customer service to all prospects, vendors and residentsWhat you will need:· High school diploma or equivalent required.· Minimum of 1-2 years of related leasing and/or sales experience. · Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel). · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Possesses attention to detail and strong organizational skills. · Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel).· Ability to upkeep a professional demeanor in various work environments. · Ability to use leasing practices effectively and recognize property market trends. 

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
