Universal Allergy Solutions is Hiring an Insurance specialist Near Cumming, GA
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Support for clinic-based allergy technicians in the field.
- Learning and supporting company's allergy protocols
- Support for upper management
Desired skills / qualifications :
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Adept in basic computer skills (Open Office, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Adobe, Microsoft, HP scan)
- Knowledge of medical billing procedures, coding systems (ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS) and insurance regulations
- Understanding of software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to accurately review and analyze medical documents.
- An excellent communicator
- Able to serve as a liaison between patients and providers
- Ethical and dependable
- An advocate of patient education
- Very detailed oriented and organized
- Able to multitask
