What you will be doing:
- Schedules and executes property tours.
- Greets prospects as the enter the leasing office
- Consults with prospective tenants to identify desired property requirements and budgets.
- Responds promptly to property inquires or concerns.
- Presents accurate information and highlights key selling points about available properties.
- Maintains consistent and professional communication with current and potential tenants.
- Facilitates lease signing and ensures all required documents are completed.
- Assists tenants in the leasing application process by conducting background and credit checks.
- Prepares leasing documentation and explains leasing terms to prospective tenants.
- Promotes available properties through open houses and by using marketing strategies such as posters, advertisements, and social media campaigns.
- Ensures that properties are well-maintained and visually appealing for tours.
- Maintains accurate and organized records of property tours, inquiries, and leasing agreements.
- Monitors market trends, property prices, and rental demand in the community.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Provides excellent customer service to all prospects, vendors and residents
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related leasing and/or sales experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possesses attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel).
- Ability to upkeep a professional demeanor in various work environments.
- Ability to use leasing practices effectively and recognize property market trends.
