**Job Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities:** - Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly - Manage reservations and walk-in customers - Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism - Maintain a clean and organized lobby area - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Handle guest concerns and provide solutions promptly **Experience:** - Excellent communication skills to interact with guests effectively - Strong guest relations abilities to create a positive dining experience - Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing - Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry - Familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus - Background in restaurant or hotel environments is beneficial If you enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we welcome you to apply for the Host/Host position at our establishment.
