Job Description: As a Fitness Equipment Technician at Stride Fitness Solutions , you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of fitness equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Your duties will include:

• Installing new fitness equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.

• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, belt adjustments, and electronic component checks.

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues with fitness equipment.

• Conducting regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent equipment breakdowns.

• Assisting customers with equipment usage, troubleshooting issues, and providing maintenance and safety guidance.

• Keeping detailed records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and service history. • Ensuring all equipment meets safety standards and addressing any safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Technical training or certification in electronics, mechanical systems, or a related field preferred.

• Prior experience in fitness equipment installation, maintenance, and repair is preferable but not mandatory.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to fitness equipment.
