StretchLab is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to oversee our new studio in Bryn Mawr, PA. This position will be responsible for all lead generation, sales and daily studio operations.

Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is the industry leader in boutique wellness offering one-on-one assisted stretching. We have created a variety of offerings to empower our clients to ‘Live Long’. StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist ™ training ensures that each of our clients receive a world-class stretching session.

Position:
The ideal Sales Manager will be responsible for the entire sales process from organic lead generation to membership conversion. This role is comprised of approximately 80% sales and 20% staff management and studio operations.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through grass roots marketing and networking
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects for first visits
• Drive membership sales through external marketing and business development efforts
• Ensure studio retail products are stocked and inventory counts are accurate
• Supervise staff consisting of Sales Associates and Flexologists
• Maintain accurate member and prospect scheduling information in ClubReady to produce revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
• Collect outstanding dues when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible

Requirements:

• 2 years of sales experience in boutique wellness or fitness required
• Confident in generating personal sales and training sales staff
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
• Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail sales
• Excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes
• An affinity and passion for wellness
• Highly organized with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary based on experience and performance; plus commission and bonus structure; healthcare reimbursement
