StretchLab Columbus is now HIRING for the position of Studio Front Desk Sales Associate

StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist ™ training ensures that their client’s receive a world class stretching session.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Convert company provided leads to purchase an introductory stretch. Following their stretch, the goal is to sell them a membership.
• Membership sales and member retention
• Ensures the studio’s members are having a great experience and maximizing all a membership has to offer.
• Communication with members and prospects by methods such as live calls, text and email.
• Working inside the studio at the front desk while General Manager is not present.
• Ability to be flexible and can work at multiple studios in the Columbus market.
• Prior working experience in the fitness industry is a plus, but not required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail.
• Ability to learn and use the CRM and POS software system.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must have proficient computer skills.
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Book and confirm intro stretch.
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
• Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships while targeting individual’s needs.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of Stretchlab Columbus.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed
• intro classes.
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community and hospital)
• to promote the club.
• Ensure the studio is clean and tidy.
• Other duties as assigned.
