Stretch Zone - 1032 is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Employment Type
The goal is to build membership engagement while driving new prospect appointments and welcoming our members and prospects. You will drive overall prospecting activity primarily via phone. Additionally, texting and email are tools used to response to all marketing activities and generate client engagement. You must be client-focused, and sales-oriented, with an eye towards driving store revenue.
We are looking for a motivated Phone & Client Service Rep to undertake all member engagement duties for our studio. You will be the face and voice of the company for all clients and prospects and are responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality, while also being very perceptive, disciplined and accountable. This includes providing Stretch Zone information and driving all activity of new prospects while being customer-oriented.
Hours: We are flexible; 25 -30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Saturday is an option as well!
Job Requirements/Responsibilities:
  • The lead contact for all clients and prospects. Essential to the day-to-day operations of the store
  • Schedule 40 demo appointments each week
  • Make a minimum 50 calls per day to schedule demo appointments.
  • Monitors client sessions to ensure appointments run on time.
  • Helps promote current client renewals and is directly responsible for the acquisition of new prospects via telephone and text inquiries.
  • Helps the team clean and maintain the store.
  • Works closely with store stretch practitioners and the management team to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all clients.
