Move Manager
Stress Free Solutions, a fast-growing Senior Move Management/Downsizing company is seeking responsible and dependable individuals looking to make a difference in helping clients with their relocation needs. A Move Manager is responsible for the coordination of all phases of the relocation and downsizing process for clients. This role requires a candidate with experience in the moving and/or project management industry and is able to work in a deadline driven environment.

- Work closely with our sales and operations team to create and execute a seamless action plan, detailing the scope of work, customized to each client’s need from consultation to completion
- Communicates daily with clients and communities providing excellent customer service and ensuring that their moving schedule is maintained without disruption
- Requires abilities to maintain their paperwork, reports and records in an organized and professional manor
- Assist with sorting of possessions, tracking of inventory and coordination of vendors
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage client relationships during stressful and emotional situations
- Outstanding communication and project management skills to lead team members to accomplish goals
- Generates floor plans with spatial awareness
- Carries a positive, helpful and professional attitude at all times while representing Stress Free Solutions
Benefits:
- $17-$20 per hour
- Health Benefits and IRA matching are available for full-time employees only
Education and Experience:
- Associates Degree or Higher Education preferred, but not required
- Documented relevant work experience relating to organization and detail orientation with references
