This position will focus primarily on our Public Non-Profit sector clients in the US, but may also support our Private sector client engagements. This position may be hybrid or remote for the right candidate and will require the ability for overnight travel with some frequency.Comprehensive data-driven planning and strategy is a philosophy we live by, and we are looking for a new team member to lead and execute place consulting efforts and research strategies in support of our client engagements. This work will support a variety of clients and their real estate and economic development planning efforts, particularly in mixed-use urban environments. Our newest hire must embrace collaboration, have persuasive communication skills, be an initiative-taker, and thrive in a collaborative environment. The right candidate will be enthusiastic about improving places and communities, with a track-record that reveals a deep intellectual curiosity that infuses their work. This person will be able to work both independently and as a member of a diverse team and in diverse communities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Deliver client-ready, data-driven recommendations as they relate to place-based challenges in real estate, economic development, and downtown revitalization, frequently with an emphasis on mixed-use environments.
· Manage and oversee multi-team planning processes.
· Support the thought leadership efforts of the team.
· On an as-needed basis, provide general project and operations support for the PNP team
