If you’re a mechanically-minded car enthusiast with stellar customer service skills, this job is for you! Our dealership seeks an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who loves greeting customers, assessing customer needs, and scheduling appointments for our capable service technicians.

In this role, you’ll use your product knowledge as a service advisor and draft cost estimates, evaluate warranty protections, and coordinate necessary repairs.

Compensation :

$45,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Organize all automotive documents, repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records
• Follow up after completed service appointments to ensure customers are satisfied with vehicle repairs
• Schedule appointments for service technicians
• Relay relevant automotive technology and product knowledge to explain necessary repairs to customers scheduling service appointments
• Draft and review service contract coverage, warranty protections, cost estimates, work orders, and other documents for necessary repairs by service technicians

Qualifications :

• Work history should include a service advisor role or other employment-related to automotive technology
• Possession of a valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is integral
• Must have problem-solving and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other fundamental programs
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory
• Experience in Advising Automotive Service
