Assist the Bell Captain in the daily operations and Team Members of the Valet and Shuttle Driver teams, while providing outstanding service and hospitality. The major areas of responsibility include: Valet, Shuttles. Will be expected to recommend and new services or procedural changes.

Essential Functions:

• Assist in the daily supervision of the valet and shuttle teams – Train, develop, empower, coach and counsel, resolve problems, provide open communications and recommend discipline as appropriate.
• Supervise the daily operation of the Front Drive and Shuttles to comply with SOP’s, safety regulations, and to ensure an optimal level of quality service and hospitality are provided to the resort’s guests.
• Coordinate and Supervise activities and foster good relations with car service companies, limo services, etc. to provide the maximum level of quality services.
• Assist to plan and supervise the maintenance and sanitation program for the vehicles, equipment, and Guest Services areas to protect the assets, ensure optimum performance, and to ensure guest and associate safety and satisfaction.
• Provide information and assist employees in recommending restaurants, recreation activities, etc. to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.

Non-Essential Functions:

• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
• Participate in task force committees as requested.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to safely and effectively operate, drive, and park vehicles including cars and trucks, and manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
