Residential Solar Installer
We are looking for candidates to begin conversations regarding opportunities for upcoming work in late Q1 2024 work. As a Residential Solar Installer you will be a vital part of our installation team and the entire profitability of the company. In this role you’ll be involved in working in a team environment installing residential solar on customer’s homes. As a union electrical contractor, we can offer you consistent work with overtime, affordable healthcare benefits, and pension.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure accurate and timely PV installations
• Inverter, module, and conduit installation
• Perform trenching, ground and roof mounts
• Complete system start-up and diagnosis
• Depending on experience, lead and mentor crews

EDUCATION, SKILL, EXPERIENCE OF SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES:

• 0-2 Years experience in Solar, 0-2 in general construction
• Experience running a crew
• Reliable Transportation
• Able to work overtime and weekends when needed
• Attention to detail and safety
• Ability to work in a warehouse/rooftop environment
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
• This position will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a job offer

Pay Transparency:
The hourly rate for this position is based on the local I.B.E.W. union rates. Other benefits may apply. For those not already part of the I.B.E.W union we will facilitate joining.

The starting salary for this opportunity range is listed. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
