Key position functions include:

• Complete advanced complex wellhead installation, services and maintenance while providing exceptional customer service and representing the Company in a positive manner
• Performs complex equipment repairs/refurbishment in shop
• Assemble, disassemble, test equipment as part of troubleshoot customer equipment issues and determine a course of action
• Issue and address Field Non-Conformance as required and in a timely manner
• Provides prompt technical support to customer via phone or e-mail when not onsite
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports and other documentation as required.
• Audit post job summaries and job documentation as required
• Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory
• Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safety leader
• May assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location
• Promote and perform any field service sales and maintain a confident customer relationship
• Completes all HSE requirements and drives all HSE initiatives in the field and shop

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:

• Minimum 3-4 years of Wellhead Services, equipment repair and maintenance experience.
• Advanced wellhead product knowledge
• Service oriented with strong customer service and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
