Strauser Nature's Helpers is seeking a Production Manager to join our Denver, PA branch as part of our expanding management team!

Job duties include (but are not limited to):

• Helping the maintenance and snow divisions meet/beat budget
• Ensure that crews are performing quality work for our customers
• Help coach and train team members to develop their skills
• Manage schedule boards
• Maintain tickets and hours in the dashboard of our landscape/snow software
• Communicate with customers to maintain relationships
• Complete any required paperwork
• Manage our fleet, facilities, equipment, and inventory

** Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

This is a full-time year-round salaried position, which includes a full benefits package (subject to fulfilling eligibility waiting rules) and a company vehicle.
