Exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, quickly growing landscape company that focuses on ecological landscape and snow practices! We’re looking for motivated people who love spending time outdoors and are interested in helping us build our growing East Stroudsburg/Poconos and Lehigh Valley branch area.
Strauser Nature's Helpers provides year round careers with Landscape and Snow Services.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Field Managers who will lead and manage a crew of laborers, help train landscape skills, learn plant ID and ecological landscape services, work with co-field managers to manage company equipment, and also have the opportunity to also learn soft skills that focus on leadership, management, teambuilding, and how to grow into a higher management position. We are also willing to train someone to this manager-level position if they already possess the technical skills.
Experience running MULCHING crews (mulch blower & hand mulching) is preferred.
Applicants must pass pre-employment drug screening as a condition when hired

Experience & Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- 2-3 years running a landscape maintenance crew
- Experience in general landscape maintenance work including safe use of landscape maintenance equipment and familiarity with services including (but not limited to): mowing, trimming, mulching, installation of seasonal flowers, pruning, and spring and fall cleanups
- Ability to complete physical work and be on your feet for long periods of time.
