Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify target markets and generate high-quality leads.
  • Utilize various channels, including online research and industry events, to identify potential clients and opportunities.

Prospecting Support:

  • Assist sales representatives in researching and understanding client needs to enhance the prospecting process.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for client engagement.

Proposal Development:

  • Play a key role in the preparation of compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our services and value proposition.
  • Ensure that proposals align with client requirements and industry trends.

CRM Management:

  • Maintain and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the sales team to support strategic decision-making.

Client Engagement:

  • Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, ensuring clear communication and a positive client experience.
  • Support the organization of client meetings and events to foster strong relationships.

Qualifications

Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify leads.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, research, and interpersonal skills

Education, experience, certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role

Physical and mental demands

  • Prolonged hours in front of computer
