Stratton Amenities, a leader in full-service concierge solutions, is seeking a Staff Accountant. We offer luxury, hotel-style front desk concierge, valet parking, and security guard services, enhancing living experiences in upscale apartments and condominiums across the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting and periodic general close processes, including journal entries and balance sheet and bank account reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate monthly reports.
• Assist with audit requests and special projects.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Generate and distribute client invoices.
• Oversee client contract tracking and renewals.
• Maintain and update financial models, dashboards, and P&L statements.

Skills:

• Solid accounting experience with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Integrity, both personal and professional.
• Excellent communication skills, organization, and priority management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• QuickBooks knowledge is advantageous.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, willing to work additional hours during close periods.
