Stratton Amenities is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Conshohocken, PA

Stratton Amenities offers a full-service concierge solution providing luxury, hotel-style front desk and concierge services for upscale high rise apartments. Our mission is to create the most hospitable experience for our associates, residents and clients.

We are seeking energetic, personable, and professional individuals to provide outstanding service for our residents and guests. Shift Schedule:

11:00PM-7:00AM

Position Requirements

  • Maintain a neat and professionally well-groomed appearance
  • Think clearly, quickly and efficiently and make concise decisions even under pressure

Main Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct residents and visitors with a pleasant attitude
  • Exceed residents' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service
  • Cultivate and retain cohesive relationships with residents, vendors and contractors
  • Maintain confidentiality of residents
  • Professional telephone etiquette and message delivery
  • Accurately log guest packages, ensure timely delivery and perform package inventory audits
  • Monitor lobby and surveillance cameras and patrol property to ensure resident safety and security
  • Monitor access throughout the shift and ensures authorized resident and guest use only
  • Cautions residents or guests behaving in an unsafe manner
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Additional Responsibilities May Include

  • Responsible for access and control of the pool and amenity deck
  • Enforces pool rules, policies and restrictions as directed by the property
  • Escort people if necessary
  • Assist in the scheduling and completion of all amenities’ requests including local transportation, residents’ move-ins, dinner reservations, pet walking, dry-cleaning pick-ups and drop-offs, event planning, grocery and package delivery, housekeeping, etc.
  • Walk the premises to ensure the highest standards are being met
