Job Title: Financial Controller

Job Location: Secaucus, NJ- ON-SITE

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary $130-150k

We are looking for Financial Controller at Secaucus, NJ for full time permanent role.

The Controller responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1/ Cash Flow Management - including daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly requirements

2 / Risk minimization management and business opportunity forecasting .

3/ Maintain insurance coverage for all companies, manage the renewal process

3 / Administer the 401k plan with weekly, monthly and yearly duties

4 / Review payroll input twice a month

5 / Governmental reporting on a quarterly and annual basis.

6/ Oversee regulatory reporting, including tax planning and compliance with statutory laws and

financial regulations

7/ Work closely with management or executive teams for budget review, reports and analysis.

8/ Debt Management and collection

9/Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements

10/Coordinate activities of external auditors.

11/ Develop and monitor business performance metrics

Other activities as directed by GM.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Law or Business Administration. In addition to the Bachelors or Masters Degrees, it would be beneficial but not required to have participated in a CPA program.

Experience in Logistic or Shipping is a must.

Experience must be 10 years plus in a corporate environment
