We are in search of a Full Time Director of Nursing to Lead, Energize and Support our amazing team of caregivers and our residents. The Director of Nursing plays a critical role in providing superior customer service and nursing services to all of our residents. The DON is responsible for planning, development and overall operation of Clinical Services which ensures residents receive quality care 24 hours a day. This position is supported by an amazing clinical support team that has a proven track record of setting the industry standard!

Salary:

• $90,000-$105,000/year based on experience
• $5,000 Sign on Bonus

Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Leading the clinical team in providing quality and compliant patient care.
• Assess, direct & supervise resident care needs.
• Monitor adherence to regulatory policies and procedures.
• Lead & manage clinical staff
• Maintain the comfort, privacy and dignity of our residents and interact with them in a manner that displays warmth, respect and promotes a caring environment.

Qualified candidates will be a Registered Nurse, have previous experience working in a long term care facility and have a passion for supporting the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill.
