Shift timings: (M-F) 7:30am-4:30pm. Overtime? No. On-call? No

Job Description
Is this position remote or in person? In-person.
What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person?
• Unbox the device (laptop)
• Power up, install Windows updates and drivers, install any required applications
• Install, move, add and change (“IMAC”) the device in ServiceNow.
• Re-box the devices
• Create shipping labels and fix to box
• Ship the devices to end-user
• Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool
What is the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Great Customer Service, Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365).
What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F) 7:30am-4:30pm. Overtime? No. On-call? No.
