Strategic Staffing Experts is seeking experienced Human Resources Program Manager to join our team.

As a Human Resources Program Manager, you will serve as the Program Manager on contracts assigned and responsible for organizing human resource programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization to meet contractual requirements of the client.
Your typical work assignments may include the following:
  • Lead, manage, and direct multiple teams with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities in the areas of Federal HR recruiting staffing, classification, retirement, benefits, and personnel actions
  • Responsible for achievement of project goals, work quality and team member performance.
  • M eets regularly with stakeholders to make communication of project issues and delivery of services seamless and transparent.
  • Serves as primary point-of-contact (POC) for the Client Project Manager and Contracting Officer Representative.
  • Serves as the interface between staff and clients to resolve project issues.
  • Directs, motivates, and guides team members toward mission and goal accomplishments.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, address performance and disciplinary issues with support from HR leadership.
  • Manages timekeeping and approve PTO

Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:
To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields:
  • Business Administration
  • Industrial-Organizational Psychology Operational Research
Experience Requirements:
In addition to the minimum education requirement mentioned above, your resume must demonstrate that you have at least 5 years of experience related to the work of this position. Experience includes but is not limited to:
  • Compiling/analyzing, formatting, and presenting Human Resources data such as recruitment time to fill, vacancy reports, and / or salary market data using dashboards (e.g., Advana), SharePoint, and other presentation platforms)
  • Experience with data maintained in USA Staffing, Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), SharePoint, Advana (or similar HRIS)
  • Experience applying predictive analytics to identify the steps in the hiring process with the greatest impact on time-to-hire
  • Experience applying visual display methods to present complex data in a format understood by non-data analysts to inform decision-making.
