This role will primarily support Litigation Attorneys handling complex commercial litigation matters, with a focus on construction and lien work. You will play a critical role in all stages of the litigation process, from initial case assessment and discovery to trial preparation and post-trial matters.

Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conduct extensive legal research and prepare memoranda on relevant legal issues.

• Manage and organize electronic discovery, including document review and production.

• Prepare and draft various pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Assist with scheduling and calendar management, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Coordinate communication with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.

• Conduct due diligence and lien research.

• Attend hearings, depositions, trials as needed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and databases.

• Perform other legal tasks as assigned by attorneys.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.

• Extensive experience with complex commercial litigation, preferably in the construction and lien space.

• Proficient in e-discovery platforms and tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems (iManage a plus)

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
