Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, contracts
- Organize and maintain legal files
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings
- Transcribe legal documents and correspondence
- Manage calendars, appointments, and deadlines for attorneys
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Utilize document management systems for efficient file organization

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of legal case management and document management systems
- Ability to transcribe, research, and write effectively
- Familiarity with legal research tools
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
