As the Director of Nursing and Development with Right at Home, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of private duty home care services while concurrently building relationships with referral sources and community stakeholders. You will oversee prospective client/patient consultations and assessments and will provide guidance and leadership to a large staff of caregivers. Your team of nurse liaisons will rely on your leadership to manage client and referral source relationships.
To be successful in this role you will be a licensed Registered Nurse. You should have managerial and leadership experience managing caregiving teams such as those found in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Independent or Assisted Living Facilities, rehab facilities, or Medicare Skilled agencies. You will be a positive, high energy, empathetic, goal oriented, team player with strong problem-solving skills and have a passion for providing care for seniors.
