This is a hands-on leadership position with a well-established small family owned business. The ideal candidate will be a high energy self-starter with a focus on growth and continuous improvement, that is adaptable and able to work seamlessly with all members of the organization.

Additionally, the Director, Finance & Operations should meet the following requirements:

• 5-years' experience in Financial, Operations and HR Management
• Prior leadership experience of managing staff across various functions of the organization in similar environment
• Technical competency with Great Plains Dynamics and MS Office Products, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field(s)
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with co-workers and owners of the company
• Ability to take directions from the owners of the company, work independently, make decisions, and accomplish all required responsibilities by using your experience, company resources, and direct report employees
