Physician and midlevel medical provider scheduling in Marietta, Georgia. The operations manager will start initially with the one medical facility but eventually could have scheduling and reporting tasks for other locations.
Responsibilities
Responsibility & Expectation
1. Generation of schedule, goal for a rolling 90 days published and a rolling 30 days unpublished
2. Onboarding/ crossboarding of new providers as the point person for the new provider. This includes facilitation of orientation and document collection in collaboration with the credentialing team
3. Development and maintenance of interdepartmental realtionships, meeting attendance, etc
4. Develop, hone, and teach automation via QG to support both MD and anesthetist scheduling
5. Report generation to support Ops team- QG insights, OT/UT, Credentialed providers incoming w/ projections, facility hours tracking, labor tracking
6. Other duties as determined.
