Job Description
1. Assign / pick orders
2. Schedule appointments for inbound and outbound trucks
3. Enter data into PMOS
4. Manage / store records according to the Records Management Program
5. Assist with monthly inventory
6. Back-up Inventory Clerk
7. Back-up other Shipping Clerk
9. Track truck detention
10. Daily production entry
11. Enter movement sheets
12. Sort BOL’s
13. Schedule / arrange delivery trucks
14. Receive inbound packages / supplies scan / complete in Maximo
15. 2nd shift Shipping Clerk to prepare and verify orders for next day
16. Adhere to and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP requirements
17. Adhere to and enforce all safety and environmental rules and regulations
18. Communicate with scheduler
19. Perform other duties as assigned
