Overview:

Join our team as a Hardware Associate where you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their hardware needs. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about tools, plumbing, industrial, electrical, paint sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, locating items, and offering product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Maintain organized and visually appealing displays by restocking merchandise and ensuring products are correctly priced.
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Skills:

- Experience in the hardware industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic math for transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing sales.
