Strange’s has position openings for temporary Call Center Associates at the Mechanicsville location.
Call Center Associates are responsible for promptly completing customer orders over the telephone through the order entry program in an accurate and professional manner that supports developing a positive rapport with customers. The essential candidate has outstanding customer service and active listening skills, as well as the ability to navigate computer software quickly. Pay rate to be discussed during the interview process.
Applicants must be able to work a full shift (8AM – 5 PM) May 3rd – May 12th.
Job Responsibilities
- Receives and processes inbound calls from customers and management personnel
- Answers questions about retail products and customer accounts
- Completes customer orders through the Order Entry program in a timely manner
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management in between calls
