Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and results-oriented Used Car Parts Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive industry, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to navigate both offline and digital sales channels. As a Used Car Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling used car parts through our physical store and online platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Car-Part etc

Responsibilities:

Offline Sales:

Engage with customers in-person at our store location to assist them in identifying and selecting the right used car parts based on their needs.

Provide detailed product information, specifications, and pricing to customers.

Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize in-store purchases and customer satisfaction.

Document sale in CRM system (in developing)

Digital Platform Sales:

Manage and optimize sales on various digital platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Car-Part, website leads

Monitor online inventory, update product listings, and ensure accurate and attractive presentation.

Respond to online customer inquiries, process orders, and provide exceptional customer service.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the current inventory of used car parts, including availability, specifications, and pricing.

Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers both offline and online.

Collaborate with the purchasing team to stay informed about incoming inventory.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.

Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support.

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive parts sales, with a focus on used car parts preferred.

Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and part identification.

Experience with both offline sales in a physical store setting and online sales on various digital platforms.

Excellent attention to details and the ability to ensure accurate product information.
