We are seeking a dynamic and creative Director of Content to lead and grow our content team. This role requires a visionary leader who can harness the power of AI content generation tools to revolutionize our content creation process. As the Director of Content, you will be at the helm of spearheading initiatives that meld AI with human creativity, delivering outstanding content that captivates audiences and achieves client goals.

This is a flexible remote/office position in our Downers Grove, IL office requiring one day in the office per week.

Responsibilities

• Own the innovation of AI content creation within the agency.
• Develop masterful knowledge of utilizing AI tools for content creation.
• Lead and inspire content team members while continually advancing their knowledge and utilization of AI for content creation.
• Delegate all client content requests and issues to your team to handle.
• Create, implement and improve internal content workflows to be as efficient as possible.
• Improve and expand the classification of the types of content that we create.
• Help determine an improved set of inputs for the content team from SEO strategists and clients.
• Drive a trending reduction of monthly content costs.
• Manage an increased volume of work consisting of various content types.
• Continually find ways to maintain and improve the quality of final content deliverables to clients.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in content team leadership within a digital marketing environment.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling content teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI content generation tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for innovation with a pulse on the future of digital content and AI technology.
