Stout's Signature is a fine dining experience and is currently hiring experienced line cooks and prep cooks, at our hill country restaurant located in Fredericksburg, TX.

Requirements:

*Restaurant experience (preferred or willingness to learn)

*Kitchen and food experience (preferred or willingness to learn)

*Excited and outgoing attitude.

*Ability to communicate and follow policies and procedures.

*Texas food handlers certification required for all positions.

--Responsibilities of Prep/Line Cooks: Must be able to follow proper recipes and procedures established by our family to ensure all food items served are done so in a sanitary and efficient manner. Ability to prepare food in an efficient and sanitary fashion. Must be able to skillfully follow recipes and operate kitchen equipment (kitchen knives, mixer, etc) in order to maintain food quality and aesthetics. Our workers are also expected to clean and maintain sanitary conditions of all work stations and equipment. Our cooks must also interact with coworkers and customers in a way that presents a friendly and professional environment.

*Compensation is based on experience. Starting pay range is $16 - $18/hr plus tips. (average of $2-$3/hr on top of base pay)

*Hours of Operation: Sun-Thurs 11am-5pm, Fri-Sat 11am-9pm

*Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

*Job restrictions: no smoke breaks or any smoking allowed during scheduled breaks.
