Job Summary:
Storyful works with some of the world's leading Platforms, Corporations and Media organizations. Storyful Intelligence provides market-leading social intelligence reports and strategic advice to our clients based on a unique combination of data, technology and human intelligence.
As the SVP of the Intelligence division, you will transform Storyful's Intelligence Team from a boutique offering to a market-leading force in digital intelligence. This is a rare opportunity for a dynamic and proven leader to shape the development of the overall Intelligence business strategy, from business development and client service, to intelligence analyst processes and client deliverables in key verticals, including Financial Services and Pharma. Responsibilities:
Strategy:

• Develops and executes the commercial strategy for the Intelligence organization, including annual commercial plans to achieve revenue targets with supporting teams, collaborating with internal partners (e.g., Marketing, Finance and Product), and driving a culture of excellence
• Collaborates with the product and technology team to identify and integrate emerging technologies into the Intelligence suite of reporting products
• Drives rhythm of business (ROB) around commercial plan to optimize the organization's success
• Serves as a proven thought leader in marketing and communications to drive commercial plans and customer value, leveraging insights from reports and internal team members.
• Promotes the Intelligence organization strategy by articulating strategy, goals, and mission to internal and external audiences, and aligning strategy with the customer
• Drives sales activities, leveraging prior experience and expertise, engaging the resources needed for pre-sales to win large-contract deals

Customer Focus:

• Fosters a customer-centric culture, optimizing service delivery to ensure success for our clients. You will engage at a deep level across our clients' businesses with an aim to enhance Storyful Intelligence's capabilities, systems, and processes to deliver sustainable ROI for our clients.
• Directs the business development team to supercharge new and existing customer relationships through insightful conversations and in-person engagements, accelerating new client acquisition and growth.
• Secures and maintains close relationships with senior clients, providing ongoing counsel in navigating the dynamic business environment.
• Networks strategically and consistently to evangelize the Storyful Intelligence proposition and gain insight into market trends and customer pain points

Delivery Excellence:

• Ensures excellence of all client deliverables and maintains resource efficiency by optimizing internal functions, balancing resources and maintaining data-driven analysis of the performance of these key functions.
• Orchestrates cross-functional teams and implements best practices to drive business growth, profitability, and deliverable quality.
• Develops continuous improvement plans to drive enhanced organizational maturity and deliverable quality.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in a marketing/communications agency, with responsibility for revenue generation and client counsel.
• Exceptional communication skills, including writing, editing, storytelling, and visual communications.
• A consummate networker with a strong rolodex of contacts among senior marketing and communications professionals
• A deep understanding of the marketing and communications industry and extensive experience in crafting data-driven strategies
• A highly organized, credible digital leader and excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• A capable and respected coach and leader of people able to build happy, motivated and engaged teams.
• Proven ability to influence and create buy-in throughout the organization

Pay Rang: $210,000 -$240,000
