Job Description:
Storybook Preschool is currently seeking to hire fully qualified, dedicated, creative, compassionate, energetic and experienced Teacher Assistants to join our team. We promote an environment where children become independent, confident life long learners by providing a balance of structured and play based activities.
Hours: Full time.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 an hour based on education, experience and position.

Duties: Teachers Assistants must have strong classroom management skills and help teachers plan and implement creative curriculum, supervise and carry out age appropriate theme related activities in a 1:12 or less ratio. Teacher Assistants must have effective communication skills with children, parents, other staff and administration.
Qualifications: All applicants MUST have completed a minimum of the 12 core ECE units and classroom experience preferred.
Applicants must be professional, friendly, flexible and have a desire to help children succeed in all areas of their development by creating engaging and age appropriate activities.
