Job Summary: The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions and advertisements.
Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and terminology across all social media platforms.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaboration: Work with the marketing team, designers, and content creators to coordinate campaigns and content.
Requirements:
Proficient in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
