Social Media Intern Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Craft engaging and visually appealing content for multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts in alignment with our marketing calendar to ensure consistent engagement.
• Community Management: Monitor social media channels for follower interactions and actively engage with the community through comments, messages, and other interactive features.
• Analytics Tracking: Regularly track and report on social media engagement metrics, using data to suggest adjustments to strategies and content.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, fashion, and eCommerce to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the rollout of social media campaigns, from initial brainstorming to execution and evaluation.
• Influencer Collaboration: Support the coordination and management of influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.
• Visual Asset Management: Help maintain a library of visual content, ensuring all assets are organized and easily accessible for ongoing and future campaigns.
• Feedback Collection: Collect and compile feedback from social media interactions to inform product development and customer service enhancements.

Hybrid Commitment:

• Flexible Internship: Spend 2 days at our office in Phoenix, AZ (Cave Creek & 101) and 1 day working from wherever you feel inspired.
• Remote, Yet Connected: Even when you’re remote, you’ll have all the tools and support you need to stay plugged into the team’s daily flow.

The number of hours you'll need to commit each week will roughly be around 15, as determined by your school’s credit requirements. We are specifically looking for candidates who are based in Arizona who have access to make it to and from the office/photoshoots. Please note, that this is an unpaid internship that is ideal for students who can receive school credit as part of their academic requirements
