Key Responsibilities & Duties:

As an Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and insight into the field of engineering while contributing to real-world projects. This internship is designed to provide hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of engineering within our organization.

Required Skills/ Abilities:  

• Supporting Project Development: Assist in the development and execution of engineering projects under the guidance of business leaders.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and assist in drawing conclusions to support engineering decisions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document project progress, findings, and results accurately. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key insights and outcomes.
• Research and Development: Conduct research on relevant engineering topics, technologies, and methodologies to support project objectives.
• Testing and Prototyping: Participate in testing procedures, prototype assembly, and experimental setups. Contribute to the refinement of designs based on testing outcomes.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including installers, engineers, designers, and project managers. Communicate project updates, challenges, and recommendations clearly and concisely.
• Continuous Learning: Proactively seek opportunities for learning and skill development. Engage in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance technical knowledge and expertise.

Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications: 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or degree program in Engineering
• Strong academic background with coursework in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil).
• Proficiency in engineering software tools such as CAD, MATLAB, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
• Prior internship experience or relevant extracurricular activities is a plus.
