Are you looking for a role where you can deliver hundreds of smiles to our client’s part time in the form of office products; supplies, janitorial, breakroom service, etc? When you're not out delivering smiles to our customers, you are helping pick and pack our clients supply orders in the warehouse. Then apply for our dual role of Delivery Driver/ Warehouse position.
The Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of supply products to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks and providing exceptional customer service to customers.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Loads truck with products to be delivered to customers; organizes delivery tickets according to daily schedule.
Delivers products to customers within specified schedule; works with customer service to resolve any issues with orders.
Loads/unloads delivery vehicle manually or with appropriate equipment.
Picks up products from customers to be returned for credit and delivers back to warehouse.
Processes delivery paperwork in accordance with procedures.
Inspects and maintains assigned vehicles; reports any mechanical problems.
Assists with warehouse operations as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Educational / Experience Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent along with a valid Iowa driver’s license and a good driving record required. Prior experience operating a forklift; computer applications and data entry experience; experience communicating in-person with customers highly preferred.
