Job Title: MARKETING MANAGER

SENS is a market leader known for exceptional product innovation, design and quality. The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue through events, sales enablement, digital media, website management, and marketing campaigns. Primary responsibilities are to create annual revenue generation marketing and sales support plans, including managing agency partners and aligning marketing efforts with company initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven collaborate team player and knows how to create and lead projects from concept through to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy
    • Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop annual marketing plans that align with business objectives and revenue targets
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of revenue generation and brand initiatives
  • HubSpot Utilization:
    • Leverage HubSpot marketing tools to align outbound messaging and media with sales priorities, initiatives and contact prioritization
    • Leverage HubSpot to manage website assets and implement new elements and functionality
    • Assist Sales Operations with the implementation of automation and analytics to optimize lead generation and nurturing
  • Brand Ambassador and Graphic Design expert
    • Develop concepts and strategy related to brand evolution, project initiatives, and lead generation
    • Enable the internal sales team and external partners with on-brand messaging and collateral
    • Create, edit, and manipulate files in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or similar applications
    • Direct agencies or outsourced graphic design contractors to align with project goals and brand standards
  • New Product Launches
    • Partner with the Director of Marketing on product GTM strategy. Includes the development of launch plans, from initial concept to post-launch evaluation, coordinating efforts across departments
  • Agency Partner Management:
    • Partner with the Marketing team to manage external agencies to ensure campaigns and assets, including paid and organic social media, are delivered on time, within budget and on-brand
    • Monitor agency performance, provide feedback, and optimize strategies as needed
  • Trade Show Strategy and execution
    • Participate in the development and management of Trade Show strategy in partnership with the Marketing Coordinator. This includes pre-and-post event promotions, lead generation and nurture, booth design, promotional items, ongoing execution and follow-up
    • Ensure Trade Show participation aligns with marketing and sales objectives
  • Digital and Social Media Marketing:
    • Partner with Agencies and internal resources to execute digital and social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement
  • Budget Management:
    • Maintain marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources
    • Monitor spending and ROI to maximize marketing impact
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the Sales team and internal and external stakeholders on marketing plans and progress
    • Be a true partner to the sales team and understand their needs to align revenue generation marketing efforts

Qualifications:

  • Results-driven, critical thinker with a proven track record in advancing change/growth in B2B industrial sectors
  • Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Office applications, including Powerpoint
  • Mainstream marketing and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, social platforms, email platforms, etc.)
  • HubSpot (preferred) or other CRM or marketing automation platforms
  • Digital marketing tools and platforms including SEM, SEO, social media, and email marketing
  • Strong balance of project management and creativity skills, with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative engagement style that motivates and inspires others, with an owner-mindset
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate strategy and execution in a manner that ensures stakeholder alignment and support
  • Flexible and adaptable to support business objectives and growth
  • High attention to detail with a keen focus on stakeholder and customer input

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, related field or relevant experience
  • 5 years of proven experience in industrial B2B marketing, with a track record of revenue generation
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as required
  • Flexible work hours to support alternate time zones and/or event activities as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs

Base Compensation: $76,000-$95,000 is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. You may also be eligible to receive bonus and benefits.

Location: This is a majority on-site position at SENS offices in Longmont, CO. Opportunity for partial remote work.
