STORE Capital Advisors, LLC is seeking a Compensation & Financial Analysis Manager to join our team.

How you will contribute to STORE’s mission:

The Compensation and Financial Analysis Manager serves as a company business partner driving evaluation, analysis and financial impact of business decisions and opportunities through financial modeling and other analyses of compensation plans and related metrics. They, partner closely with Human Resources, Executive Management, and other key stakeholders to assist in the management and administration of and compensation programs including aspects of compensation including salary, bonus, long term incentive plans, commissions, KPI metrics other incentive compensation plans. This role collaborates with key stakeholders to align compensation programs with business objectives, provides periodic analysis and reporting on such plans while supporting coordination across business functions in administering such plans.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Finance, Accounting or business degree preferred 
  • 7 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations as they apply to base compensation and incentive compensation programs, company policies, practices, concepts and operations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cross departmental collaboration experience
  • Critical thinking skills proven through the ability to synthesize large quantities of data into actionable information
  • Highest level of integrity
  • Works well under pressure of deadlines
  • Strong computer skills, experience with MS Office including advanced Excel knowledge 

What Most Days Will Include (Primary Duties)

Budget and System Oversight:

  • Partner with Accounting management, Human Resources and executives on the development and monitoring of the Company’s compensation budget.
  • Facilitate HR, Payroll, and Finance collaboration for compensation management, tracking, overall administration of compensation programs.

Compensation Program Implementation:

  • Manage various incentive programs, including but not limited to the coordination, preparation, analysis and executive reporting on commission calculations across the organization 
  • Manage calculation and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as it relates to Company performance

Effectiveness Evaluation:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans through routine reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and executive management on equal pay statistics.
  • Partner with HR to ensure consistency in applying the firm’s pay philosophy.

Compensation Cycles:

  • Partner closely with HR to administer compensation cycles such as annual merit increases, performance bonuses, and long-term incentive programs and provide executive and board reporting on such proposals 
  • Lead the improvement of the quality and quantity of actionable data across the enterprise, including compensation calculations and information

Industry Surveys and Data Analysis:

  • Support HR function in local and national surveys, analyzing market data, trends, and competitive practices.
  • Work with HR and other key stakeholders to propose program modifications to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
