About the Role: The Digital Marketing Associate will assist in the planning and management of marketing campaigns that promote the StoragePRO brand.
- Collet data on market competitors, including pricing, product sales, and sales/marketing campaigns.
- Gather and analyze information on customer needs and preferences, as well as demographics and buying habits.
- Forecast and track industry and marketing trends, monitor industry statistics.
- Regularly review and optimize information abut company offerings from a variety of online and offline outlets, such as print media, social media, reputation management platforms, online directories, etc.
- Provide mechanisms to prevent and effectively deal with online reputation threats.
- Create visual designs for print and digital media; use design software to produce visually appealing designs (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Assist in execution of social media content and campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X); craft industry specific thought-leadership articles, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, etc.
- Work with data analysts to translate consumer data into functional and accessible information.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, and 2 -5 years’ experience in market research, UX, graphic design, digital marketing, or online reputation. Self-storage or property management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing and web analytics.
- Experience with Birdseye, Yext, Yelp, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hubspot
- Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and time-sensitive environment and adapt to shifts in priorities.
