Storage Systems Unlimited is a nationwide distributor of a variety of storage equipment products, primarily in the healthcare industry. In business since 1997, the Company has experienced steady growth and has developed a reputation for understanding and satisfying the specific needs of their customer base. The Company holds contracts with several Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) whose members include most of the hospitals in the US.
Job Overview
The primary function is to work directly with a designated Storage Systems Unlimited (SSU) Project Director (PD) on construction, renovation, and installation projects to satisfy the Customer’s need(s) and to deliver SSU’s core value commitments to those Customers. This includes working with other SSU departments, including Installation and CAD Engineering.

Technical skills, including shared drives, database systems & standard computer operations
Healthcare knowledge, including familiarity with many product lines that are used in modern healthcare applications
Essential Functions – Include but not limited to
Follow all Storage Systems Unlimited Policies & Procedures while upholding all core & brand values
Assist Project Director(s) in managing projects to ensure the project is delivered on time
- Create accurate quotes & other project documents- Provide researched product(s) for cross referencing regarding contract compliance and/or obscure items, offering the Customer multiple product options at multiple pricing tiers
- Work with CAD Engineering for design of drawings
Manage a project via directives from Project Director(s) to ensure ordering, installation & follow up occur
- Communication with vendors where necessary to ensure proper ordering, pricing, and delivery of orders
- Provide customers with order status and proof of delivery if necessary
