Southeastern New England residential and commercial real estate development company is seeking an experienced corporate controller. Our business activities include construction management- residential development, golf operations, and restaurant operations. Will be responsible for a multi company environment and management responsibility for all accounting activities including Timberline software management, cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, preparation of monthly financial statements, budgeting, outside CPA relations and related annual work.

Qualified candidates should include:

4 year accounting degree

5 plus years of experience

Familiarity with Timberline software, Quickbooks, Excel and related Microsoft Products

Salary commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
