Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage maintenance requests from tenants.
• Coordinate and oversee the timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Schedule repairs with external vendors as needed.
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance on properties.
• Address tenant inquiries and requests, maintaining positive relationships.
• Manage Accounts Receivables and Collections.
• Source and onboard new vendors and suppliers.
• Assist with Accounts Payable Software.
• Ensure overall smooth functioning of all property aspects.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in commercial property management.
• Proficiency in property management software.
• Accurate and efficient data entry abilities.
• Understanding of basic property maintenance principles.
